At NOBARO Coffee, we want you to be delighted with every order. If there is a problem, we're here to help.
Cancelling Your Order
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@nobarocoffee.co.uk
If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will do our best to cancel it and issue a full refund.
Your statutory cancellation rights, where applicable, are not affected.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your NOBARO Coffee order.
Due to the nature of our coffee products, some items may not be eligible for return once opened, where applicable for hygiene, food safety or product-quality reasons.
If you wish to return an unopened product, please contact us at orders@nobarocoffee.co.uk before returning anything so that we can advise you on the appropriate next steps.
If your product is faulty, damaged, not as described or incorrectly supplied, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, where possible, photographs of the issue.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order is damaged during delivery or you receive the wrong product, please contact us at:
We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may include a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened coffee bags
- Used products
- Perishable goods, except where faulty, damaged, not as described or supplied in error
This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
