Shipping Policy
At NOBARO Coffee, we're committed to getting your coffee to you as quickly as possible while ensuring it arrives fresh and in excellent condition.
We carefully prepare every order before dispatch and work with trusted delivery partners to provide a reliable shipping service throughout the United Kingdom.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after our daily cut-off time, at weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During particularly busy periods, such as product launches, seasonal promotions, or public holidays, processing times may occasionally be extended. If this happens, we'll do our best to keep you informed.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information (where applicable).

Free UK Delivery
We offer FREE Standard UK Delivery on all orders of £30 or more.
The free delivery option will automatically be applied at checkout when your order qualifies.
Tracking Your Order
All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail tracked delivery services wherever available.
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email containing your tracking information, allowing you to follow your parcel from dispatch through to delivery.
Delivery Delays
Whilst we always aim to deliver within the estimated times above, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
Occasionally, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Courier network delays
- Severe weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Industrial action
- High seasonal demand
- Events affecting national transport networks
Where possible, we'll keep you informed if we're made aware of any significant delays affecting your order.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete before placing your order.
NOBARO Coffee cannot accept responsibility for:
- Incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer
- Failed deliveries due to inaccurate address information
- Additional delivery charges resulting from incorrect address details
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we'll do our best to amend the address.
Failed Deliveries & Returned Orders
If a parcel is returned to us because:
- the delivery address was incorrect,
- delivery was refused,
- the parcel was not collected from the delivery office or collection point,
- or delivery attempts were unsuccessful,
we may charge the cost of re-delivery before sending the order again.
Where a refund is requested for a returned parcel, the original shipping costs may be deducted where permitted by law.
Damaged or Missing Deliveries
If your parcel arrives damaged, or if any items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Where possible, please include:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the packaging
- Photographs of the damaged items
- A brief description of the issue
This allows us to investigate the matter quickly and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where necessary.
Lost Parcels
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after dispatch, please contact us.
We'll work with Royal Mail to investigate the shipment and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
International Shipping
At present, NOBARO Coffee delivers within the United Kingdom only.
We're excited to expand internationally in the future and will update our website as additional shipping destinations become available.
Changes to This Shipping Policy
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our delivery services, courier partners, or business operations.
